Professionals Network Collaborative [PNC]

Edvocation® Services believe each individual is unique. Experiences, genetics, age, gender, culture are just some of the ways we can be similar as well as distinct from others. Edvocation® Services place the individual at the centre of our work. We have invited professionals from a range of different disciplines, specialisms and expertise to form our Professional Network Collaborative. Each professional operates independently in their own business but through the collaboration of ideas, knowledge, experience, and learning, they can come together as a reflective and developmental aspect of practice. For clients, the PNC offers an opportunity to explore field specialisms on their journey of self-discovery.

Please contact Edvocation® Services if you wish to discuss joining our PNC.

Strength and Conditioning Coach; Fitness and wellness
Cassia Williams
Cassia is a strength and conditioning coach and who realises the positive and holistic benefits of fitness.

Cassia has worked closely with young people with additional needs and neurodivergent diagnoses. For example where typically they have experienced peer rejection and significant trauma from their time in mainstream education and where they have expended much energy and emotion in trying to ‘fit in’ and manage the sensory, social, organisational and academic demands. Over the course of their education these young people have often become isolated, overwhelmed, and in some cases experienced autistic burnout. Cassia's approach includes focus on developing an individual's self-esteem, experiencing achievement, and empowering them to build trust and confidence in a relationship. Through her work she structures programmes which enable each individual to realise their ability to change both physically and emotionally, to enable them to make healthier lifestyle choices, and to feel more certain in their ability to regulate their emotions and sensory system from their greater awareness of their physiological responses. In this way every young person feels supported and is encouraged to re-engage in their educational journey.
