'Book now' to get pre-appointment assessment forms and information emailed to you regarding the service you have opted for.
'Request to book' an appointment for our assessment and consultations from the range of dates and times available within our diary*.
Your appointment will be confirmed subject to the relevant booking conditions regarding return of questionnaire packs and payment where applicable**.
Following the completion of your assessment and issue of report, you have the option to book a follow up appointment using our on-line booking system.
To get the best out of our services we do not accept on the day bookings.
For an obligation free conversation with us please use the 'follow-up/consultation' booking request option. there is no charge for this service.
Empower Consultations are by referral from Empathy for Special Children only. Please see our Professional Network Collaboration for links.
For FAB, Profiling, and Screening Assessments, we recommend booking a minimum of a week in advance to allow for paperwork to be exchanged. Bookings will be confirmed on your return of the paperwork we send to you.
For Dyslexia assessments a recent eye test is required with an optician prior to assessment.
Follow-up appointments made outside of 15 working days from report issue are at the discretion of Edvocation Services and consultant diary availability.
At the current time, where payment is required, this is by bank transfer only. Receipt of fees is required before any work is undertaken and booking requests are confirmed.
Failure to attend a booked consultation will incur a consultancy charge.
Bookings cancelled with less than 24 working hours notice in writing cannot be refunded; you may be offered an alternative booking date subject to availability.
A minimum of 24 hours is required for us to process pre-appointment and bookings requests.
To get the best from our assessments we advise that questionnaire packs are returned no later than one working day prior to your appointment booking request.
All bookings are accepted with the understanding you have read and agreed to our Service Level Agreement.
