Step 1:  For assessments, download the relevant referral documents from below.

Step 2: Submit your assessment/appointment/meeting/consultancy request using our on-line booking system below.

Step 3: Complete and return the relevant referral documents to us (To get the best from our assessments please submit your completed documents to us prior to the date of your booking request. Please note we require a minimum of five working days to process documents submitted to us.)

Please note: By requesting our services you are agreeing to Edvocation Services SLA (Service Level Agreement) and fees, and understand the purpose of the service you have booked is as described on our website.

*Additional information:​

  • For an obligation free conversation with us, or a follow-up consultation after the issue of completed assessments to the commissioned party,  please use the 'advisory meeting' booking request option. There is no charge for this service. Please note that Advisory Meeting requests made outside of 15 working days from report issue are at the discretion of Edvocation Services and consultant diary availability.

  • We are a special educational needs and inclusion consultancy. We offer educational abilities and needs assessments, interventions and training.  This includes dyslexia diagnostic assessments. We do not undertake clinical assessments for neurodevelopmental diagnostic purposes, such as autism and ADHD. 

  • We do not offer same day bookings.  

  • For Dyslexia assessments a recent eye test is required with an optician prior to assessment.

  • If you cannot find an appointment time that suits your needs, please email: angela.willis@edvocationservices.com

  • Additional fees may be applied to bookings arranged outside of allocated diary times.

**Booking Conditions:

  • At the current time, where payment is required, this is by bank transfer only.  

  • Failure to attend a booked consultation without reasonable notice being given will incur a consultancy charge (see SLA for further information).

  • Bookings cancelled with less than 24 working hours notice in writing cannot be refunded; you may be offered an alternative booking date subject to availability.

  • All bookings are accepted with the understanding you have read and agreed to our Service Level Agreement.
