PACC (Parent and Carers Council): Shropshire PACC is a voluntary organisation led by parents and carers of children with disabilities or additional needs. We are a registered charity (1150180) and funded by the Department for Education national participation grant and by the Big Lottery Fund. PACC is a pan disability organization that offers support and information to all parents or carers of children and young people with any disability or additional need in Shropshire. We recognise that supporting a child or young person with a disability or additional need can be challenging and inevitably impacts on family life. This can result in families becoming very isolated, unable to access information and lacking in opportunity. The brining together of families into a supportive empowered community can lead to a fundamental change for the better in the quality of life for these families
