Parent Practitioner Advisory Team

The Edvocation Parent & Practitioner Advisory Service (SEND & Inclusion)provides a flexible, integrated offer of advice, support, coaching, andconsultancy, delivered by the Parent & Practitioner Support Team.

Ourpractitioners work with both parents and professionals to ensure that childrenand young people are understood early, supported effectively, and able to makemeaningful progress over time.

Theservice is designed to promote:

• Early understanding and identification of need
• Clarity in navigating SEND processes and     systems
• Consistency in support across home, school, and wider services
• Confidence for both families and     practitioners in decision-making and next steps
• High-quality, evidence-informed provision that is practical and achievable

Support is responsive and tailored, ranging from early guidance through to more complexcase input, depending on individual needs. Our role is to bridge the gapbetween systems, guidance, and real-life experiences, ensuring that support isclear, joined-up, and focused on outcomes.
